About Me
As a massage therapist I do therapeutic work. What I have learned after over a decade of continuing my education through classes, study and working with an amazing variety of individuals is that “therapeutic” has many different meanings. I work with each client to find what will be helpful for them in each massage. Whether dealing with stress, injury, chronic or acute health issues, massage can help bring your body and your energy back into a state of balance.
Techniques which I can incorporate into each massage include Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, LomiLomi, dynamic cupping, and gua sha.
